Kirsty Blake – General Manager

Being a leader is about being comfortable when things do not go according to plan.

In Kirsty’s capacity as General Manager, the role is diverse and has two key focuses.  The first is working on a day to day basis with the team, looking at the operational functions of the firm from IT, Administration, HR and Business Systems.  The second component of the role is the planning and implementation of the strategic direction of the firm to better meet the needs of the firm’s clients.

Born and bred in Melbourne, Kirsty has also worked in a range of industries including Telecommunication, Hospitality, Utilities and spent two years living and working in London.

Kirsty looks beyond the day to day operations to challenge the status quo and look for new opportunities. She believes the role of General Manager is only as good as the quality of outcomes delivered collectively by a team.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys the “glamping” lifestyle of escaping to varied destinations with her family in their caravan.
